I am licensed in the UK and South Africa with 9 years of professional work experience. I have worked as a psychotherapist, psychologist and trauma counsellor. I aim at creating bespoke therapeutic interventions for each of my clients. I believe people have the innate ability to adapt to the demands of an ever-changing conditions. You are the creator of your own experience and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. Humankind is wired for connection and meaning-making.
